Growth & Performance Lead.
With 15 years across sales and marketing, Aleks brings real depth and a sharp strategic edge to every account he touches. He has managed over $12 million in ad spend across 700+ businesses, consistently getting strong returns through a mix of deep research, structured thinking and creative execution.
At iSonic, Aleks owns growth. That means the whole path a client’s revenue takes, from the first ad impression to the enquiry that turns into a job. He runs the performance marketing arm (Google Ads and Meta) and connects it to the parts that decide whether the spend actually pays: landing pages, tracking, follow-up and the numbers underneath it all. His approach is goal-first. Start with the business outcome, work backwards, build the clearest path to it.
A natural strategist, Aleks is known for diagnosing problems quickly, building smart automations, and keeping day-to-day performance pointed at the bigger picture. He sets the standards the team works to, from account structure to reporting, so results hold up over months rather than weeks. His tech stack spans Google Ads, analytics tools and custom scripts, but his real strength is seeing what others miss.
Aleks is direct, insightful and just the right amount of cheeky. Whether he is designing a scaling strategy or leading a deep-dive, he brings energy, clarity and relentless curiosity. And if you ever want to talk basketball, just ask. He probably knows more stats than ESPN.
UI & UX Developer.
Peter is a skilled UI & UX Developer with a strong foundation in front-end code and user-focused design. Since 2019, he’s worked across retail, finance, and marketing sectors — building everything from WooCommerce sites to complex custom features — all with clean, elegant code at the core.
With a passion for functionality and form, Peter specialises in crafting seamless user interfaces. He’s well-versed in CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, and Shopify, and brings ideas to life using modern frameworks and design tools like Figma. Whether he’s refining systems, solving bugs, or enhancing user flows, Peter’s work is driven by clarity, performance, and purposeful design.
Around the office, Peter is known for being approachable, sharp, and a steady source of good humour. And while his path to tech wasn’t typical, it’s part of what makes him great — before diving into code, Peter was a concreter for Brisbane City Council. Long days under the sun led him to pursue his passion for development — swapping cement mixers for code compilers, and never looking back.
