Right at Home is an international franchise with over 500 locations worldwide providing home care assistance services for the elderly. Right at Home Australia offers personalised care to maintain independence and achieve life goals. They are an approved My Aged Care provider for Home Care Packages, catering to levels 1-4. Additionally, they offer quality disability support services, ensuring that individuals and their loved ones are well-supported and empowered to live fulfilling lives. With a focus on tailoring services to each client’s unique needs, Right at Home delivers personalised aged care services at home, helping their clients live independent lives.

Brief

The iSonic Digital team was engaged by Right at Home Australia to design and develop a bespoke website solution that would bring life to the Australian branch of the company. Right at Home was seeking a feature-rich digital solution that allowed them to develop their online presence and build internal processes for managing their franchisees across Australia.  

The primary task was to develop a bespoke Joomla website, integrating custom-coded platforms and tools. These functionalities were designed to facilitate standardisation in training, recruitment management, and lead generation processes, enabling Right at Home Australia to enhance its overall efficiency and effectiveness in the digital landscape.  

In addition to the website development, iSonic Digital was also tasked with managing Right at Home’s digital marketing portfolio. This included Google Ads and Google Business Profile management for all Australian franchises. Right at Home strived to take advantage of iSonic’s comprehensive capabilities in delivering data-driven digital marketing solutions.

Our Strategy

In partnering with Right at Home Australia, we executed a well-defined strategy that aimed to deliver a cutting-edge digital solution to meet their unique needs. Our approach revolved around creating a custom-built, user-friendly website that seamlessly integrated bespoke, custom-coded platforms and tools. This strategy also focused on streamlining and standardising various processes within Right at Home’s operations. 

With a user-centred design approach, we focused on crafting an intuitive and visually appealing website that would resonate with their target audience. By prioritising the user experience, we aimed to enhance engagement and drive conversions on the platform. 

Beyond website development, our strategy also encompassed a comprehensive data-driven digital marketing service. This included SEO, Google Ads, and franchise Google Business Profile management. By harnessing the power of digital marketing and user analytics, we sought to increase website traffic, boost conversions, and elevate Right at Home’s online presence. 

Outcome

iSonic Digital’s strategic collaboration with Right at Home Australia successfully delivered a sophisticated Joomla website with bespoke customisations as well as a digital marketing framework that is continually engaged to date. 

Right at Home’s website is developed in Joomla, deliberately chosen for its versatility and scalability to suit a national franchise. This allowed us to seamlessly integrate the custom-coded platforms and tools while providing a user-friendly experience for both  Right at Home and website users. We adopted a user-centred design approach, in which our team of Joomla developers prioritised creating an intuitive and engaging experience for visitors. 

One distinctive aspect of iSonic’s strategy was the integration of franchise ‘mini-sites’ within the overarching Right at Home Australia website. This approach allowed individual franchises to maintain a level of autonomy while benefiting from a cohesive brand identity and centralised management. This also included the development of an eLearning LMS Platform and franchisee recruitment portal to assist franchisees in managing their business processes.  

Throughout this project, our comprehensive data-driven digital marketing strategy was successfully implemented. Through the strategic implementation of SEO strategies, Google Ad Campaigns and Google Business Profile management systems, we were able to increase traffic, conversions, and online visibility, helping Right at Home Australia reach their B2B and B2C target audiences effectively.
