🌟 About the Role

iSonic Digital is looking for a Client Success Manager (Digital & Web Services) to join our growing team and take ownership of a defined portfolio of client retainers.

This role is focused on client relationships, retention, and long-term value, not hands-on execution. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, ensuring delivery stays aligned to goals, and helping clients clearly understand priorities, progress, and opportunities across their digital programs.

You’ll work across both ongoing digital retainers and web projects, acting as the central point of contact between clients and internal web, design, and marketing teams.

We’re continuing to land new digital retainers and are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, thinking commercially, and playing a key role in helping accounts grow over time.

🌟 What You’ll Be Responsible For

As Client Success Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of ongoing clients and act as their trusted day-to-day and strategic contact. Your focus will be on clarity, communication, and consistency.

This includes:

  • Managing regular communication rhythms with clients, including monthly check-ins and structured quarterly reviews

  • Providing high-level strategic guidance across web, design, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, CRO, and content – helping clients understand how these elements work together. (without executing technical work)

  • Monitoring performance indicators, identifying risks early, and helping clients understand what matters most

  • Coordinating timelines, approvals, and dependencies with internal delivery teams to keep work moving smoothly

  • Supporting upsell and cross-sell conversations alongside the Business Development Manager, Ads Strategists, and technical leads

  • Qualifying inbound enquiries and assisting with scoping and service recommendations for existing clients

  • Contributing to internal coordination and planning that supports better client outcomes

🌟 What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a strong foundation in client management within a digital or agency environment, paired with confidence in commercial and strategic conversations.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in digital agency account management or client success

  • Experience working with website builds, redesigns, or ongoing web retainers in an agency environment

  • A solid working understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, and how channels work together

  • Strong communication skills across meetings, written updates, and reviews

  • The ability to discuss value, scope, budgets, and outcomes with clarity and confidence

  • A proactive, organised working style and comfort managing multiple active clients at once

You don’t need to be hands-on technically – but you do need to be comfortable explaining concepts, guiding conversations, and helping clients make informed decisions.
