Ben Nott is a well-known award-winning cinematographer who has worked on a number of Hollywood blockbusters including big titles such as Winchester, Predestination and Daybreakers. Ben operates out of the Gold Coast but is often travelling around the world finding the perfect angle for his current projects.

Brief

Being in an industry which is very relationship driven Ben needed a digital resume he can use to quickly give his prospects a feel for his style of cinematography which is quite unique in the industry. The resume needed to be quickly editable to allow for completely reworking the listed projects based on who he was currently pitching to.

The Solution

A completely new website was built based on the Joomla framework with ease of updating front of mind. When landing on the site the prospect is quickly pushed through to the appropriate area of interest (film, TV commercials or photography), then listing the projects in a visual layout. Additional subtle animations and hover effects were added to help enhance the design without restricting the client’s ability to manage content.
